OUR MINISTRIES

Mt. Zion has several ministries for all age groups.  Come visit us to see all the things that are happening and get involved!

Prayer

Mt. Zion is a church that believes strongly in the power of prayer!  We have several prayer warriors who would be honored to pray for you.  If you have a prayer need, please let us know through the contact page on this site, or through Facebook messenger on our Facebook page.

Missions Ministry

Mt. Zion is a mission-minded church! Jesus teaches us that love is an action! We provide mission opportunities locally, nationally, and internationally.  If you feel God calling you to missions please contact Bob/Angie Mort, or Brian/Sarah Pierce for more details on upcoming mission projects and/or trips.

Growth Groups

Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m. there are 3 different Adult Growth Groups as well as classes for Kids Pre-k through 2nd grades, 3rd-5th grades, and 6th-12th grades.  Contact Dana Jarvis for more information.

Military Care Packages

Please consider donating items from the approved list found in the church entryway or at this link to be packaged and sent to those who are serving in the military.
Sunday Morning Nursery

There is now a sound proof nursery room in the back of the fellowship hall.

Right Path Ministries - Starts back up on September 4th!!

The Youth of Mt. Zion and our surrounding communities are very important to Jesus and to us!  Volunteers meet every Wednesday to sing some songs, eat some food, share a lesson, and just have fun!  We have a different group for each age range beginning with 4 years old up to 5th Grade on Wednesday nights 6-7pm. The 6th-12th grades meet on Thursday nights 6-7:30pm. They get a chance to spend time with their peers, while they learn that they do matter and hear about how Jesus wants them to live.  Contact our RPM Leader Dana Jarvis or Pastor Mike for further details.

Kids Club

During the Sunday morning service, volunteers meet with the children of the congregation to share a Bible lesson, do a craft, and have a small snack.  This allows the kids to learn on their level and helps parents to focus their attention on the message.
